For the past 30 years as a Commercial Executive I have been able to develop my career in a multi-country and multi-cultural environment, been able to support my teams to develop themselves and achieved consistent results that led Michelin, to a high level of financial results, in South America. With solid hard and soft skills, I have been managing and implementing several strategic initiatives and lead my teams through innovation that accelerated the company’s transformation and performance. During my career, having experienced different positions in different geographies, I have been able to develop long term, strategic actions and tactical processes improvements in Sales and Distribution, people development, getting knowledge in Finance, Marketing, Supply Chains, etc. Excellent background in the automotive industry, having worked on both B2B and B2C businesses, managing Original Equipment, as well as Aftersales markets, structuring the team and setting the strategies for different countries and channels such as tire specialists, Wholesaler, Car dealers, Supermarkets and Digital (e-commerce). I am a team-oriented person with excellent problem-solving mindset, people and business development and solid negotiating skills. I’m also fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
